Service Canada (formerly HRDC)

  • The Teledec application allows clients to report employment claims by telephone. The application involves DNIS processing, TCP/IP sockets/host interfaces and RLT call transfers.
  • The Telemessage Insurance application allows claimants to make inquiries on job postings. The application involves DNIS processing, Caller Message Recording (CMR) processing and RLT call transfers.
  • The Telemessage Employment application allows claimants to inquire about their insurance status. The application involves DNIS processing, TCP/IP sockets/host interfaces and RLT call transfers.

Air Canada

  • The Air Canada and Tango FLIFO applications provide information on departures and arrivals of Air Canada or Tango flights. Information can be obtained based on flight number or city or a combination of both. The applications involves DNIS processing, XML interface and CTI Genesys call transfers.
  • The Employee Reservation application allows Air Canada employees to book tickets on a stand-by basis and business travel using speech recognition technology (English and French). The application involves DNIS processing, XML interface, speech recognition and CTI Genesys call transfers.
  • The Aeroplan application allows Aeroplan members to make inquiries verbally or by fax on their current status (i.e. air mile balance). It also allows members to access numerous options for obtaining additional information specific to the membership program. The application involves DNIS processing, host 3270 interface and CTI Genesys call transfers.
  • The Call Centre Genesys project introduced CTI processing to the suite of IVR applications previously mentioned. Prior to Genesys, an application was port specific with no attached data supplied to the agent during call transfers. The Genesys project allows any port to support any application at any time plus the passing of attached data.

Intrust Bank of Wichita, Kansas

  • The Retail Banking application allows customers to make inquiries on chequing and savings accounts (i.e. balance, transactions); perform fund transfers, etc. The application involves DNIS processing, SNA3270 host interface and CTI Aspect call transfers.
  • The Bank Card application allows customers to make inquiries on Bank Card - Debit or Visa accounts (i.e. balance, transactions). The application involves DNIS processing, SNA3270 host interface and CTI Aspect transfers.
  • The Payroll Card application allows customers to make inquiries on Payroll Card accounts (i.e. balance, transactions). The application involves DNIS processing, SNA3270 host interface and CTI Aspect transfers.

SunAmerica

  • The SunDial application allows clients to inquire on their Investment Portfolios and funds performance. The application involves DNIS processing, SNA3270 Host interface, Oracle interface and CTI Genesys call transfers.

TD Bank

  • The Chequing/Savings Account Inquiries system allows customers to inquire on chequing and savings accounts (i.e. balance, transactions), perform fund transfers, and make bill payments. The application involves DNIS processing, host 3270 interface, Fax processing and RLT call transfers.
  • The Bank Card Inquiries system allows customers to inquire on their accounts (balance and transaction history). The application involves DNIS processing, SNA3270 host interface, Fax processing and call transfers.
