Description: Nortak Software is currently seeking Senior Business Analysts with the following qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements:

• University degree or college diploma in computer science or an information technology/management (IM/IT) related discipline from a recognized academic institution
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience working on information technology projects
• Experience working within an Agile development environment for a minimum five (5) years within the last seven (7) years
• Experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents for a minimum three (3) years within the last five (5) years
• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or DevOps to manage software defects and requirements for a minimum two (2) years within the last five (5) years
• Minimum one (1) year of experience writing requirements for the development of components used on the OpenText Teamsite product formerly known as Interwoven
• Experience defining requirements for a multilingual Web Content Management System (WCMS) that comprise of three (3) or more languages
• Must have a certification as a Business Analyst
• Must have Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification
• Must be bilingual in English and French.
• Valid Government of Canada Secret Level II security clearance granted by CSP/PSPC

Rated Criteria:

• Experience, within the last ten (10) years, working with stakeholders to create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Experience, within the last ten (10) years, using Team Foundation Server (TFS) or DevOps to manage software defects and requirements
• Experience writing requirements for the development of components used on the OpentText Teamsite product formerly known as Interwoven
• Experience in the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience creating and presenting training materials and delivering training sessions
• Experience, within the last ten (10) years, in the creation of gap analysis / options analysis
