Description: Nortak Software is currently seeking Information Management Architects with the following qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of ten (10) cumulative years of experience, within the last fifteen (15) years, working as an Information Management Architect performing a minimum of three (3) of the following deliverables: IM strategic plans; IM assessment IM implementation strategy; IM reporting; Information requirements; IM architecture; IM implementation roadmap; Information model; IM performance metrics; IM processes; Cost/benefit analysis; Employee training plan; Performance management plan; or Quality management plan
• Must have ten (10) cumulative years of experience, within the last fifteen years (15), working on projects authoring an information architecture for unstructured content for the following platforms: Microsoft SharePoint on premises (2016, 2019); Open Text Content Server (all versions); and M365 SharePoint online Submission requirement
• Must a post-secondary degree, diploma or certification from a recognized post-secondary institution in a field relevant to Information / Library Science, Computer Science, Information Architecture, Information Management, Information and Data Science or Information Studies
• Must be able to communicate fluently orally and in writing in English and French without any assistance and with minimal errors
• Valid Government of Canada Reliability Status security screening granted by CSP/PSPC

Rated Criteria:

• Demonstrated experience working on projects authoring an information architecture for unstructured content for the M365 SharePoint online Submission requirement platform
• Demonstrated experience working as an Information Management Architect, within the last ten (10) years, preparing or delivering presentations to senior management, stakeholders regarding information management, systems architecture, assessment of impacts of technical and information management solutions
• Demonstrated experience within the last ten (10) years with current information management systems and processes with the Government of Canada
