Description: Nortak Software is currently seeking Web Designers with the following qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must be able to read and communicate orally and in writing in both English and French.
• Must be able to present in French and answer questions in both French and English
• Must have at least three (3) years of experience, acquired within the last five (5) years, in the development, creation and implementation of code in HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript,
• .NET and XML programming
• Must have at least three (3) years of experience, acquired within the last five (5) years, in the development of intranet sites
• Must have at least two (2) years of experience, acquired within the last five (5) years, in developing intranet sites according to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0
• Valid Government of Canada Reliability Status security screening granted by CSP/PSPC

Rated Criteria:

• Experience developing SharePoint intranet sites on Microsoft 365 (M365)
• Experience developing work plans and timelines for the implementation of intranet sites
• Experience using the Government of Canada Web Experience Toolkit (GC WET)
• Experience developing technical documentation and procedures for intranet sites
• Experience in the development, creation and implementation of code in HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, .NET and XML programming

Location of Work:

• Hybrid: Remote and in-person (Longueuil, QC)
